Compose your meal in advance: our dishes are cooked to order with fresh produce bought that very day at the market.

Why order your dishes in advance?

No walk-in freezer full of stock, no dishes prepared days ahead. You choose your dishes, then our team heads to the Essaouira market to buy exactly what is needed: fish landed that morning, seasonal vegetables, freshly ground spices. That is our promise of freshness and authenticity.

Order at least 24 hours before the service: that is the time we need to go to the market and buy your fresh produce.
